The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your GP to send your prescriptions electronically to your chosen pharmacy, making it quicker and easier to collect your medication. By completing our EPS Nomination Form, you can nominate Pharmacy@Freeman Street as your preferred pharmacy for future prescriptions. This helps make the prescription process more convenient, saves time, and means your medicines can be prepared ready for delivery once your prescription is issued.
